<p>The parliamentary delegation led by Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova have arrived in the Russian Federation on a working visit in order to take part in a Council meeting and the 60 th plenary sitting of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independe
