<p>The proposal consists of amendments to The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 to expand and strengthen trade, services and transport sanctions, align with international partners, and tackle circumvention.</p> <p>The Regulatory Policy Committee (RPC) gave a ‘green’ rating to the options
