<p>CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – LS Greenlink , a spinoff from Korean industrial giant LG , has two major projects in the works that, combined, total more than $1.3 billion, including what will soon be the tallest building in the Commonwealth.</p> <p>For now, only construction workers are buzzing around
