Sophos AI Defense (AID) is a feature in Sophos Fusion that lets you monitor and manage AI usage in your organization.
AI Defense does as follows:
Shows which AI apps are running in your network.
Shows who’s using these apps.
Identifies the risks each app carries.
Lets you set policies that block, warn , or allow specific AI activity, using Sophos sensors that you already have.
AI Defense monitors these AI app types:
Browser-based LLMs, such as ChatGPT, Claude.ai, and Copilot
Emerging coding, desktop, and agent apps, such as Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenClaw
