Blackwall has raised $100 million in a Series C round at a valuation of $2.2 billion, the company announced.

AVP led, joined by existing investors Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures and Tera Ventures. Last month Tech.eu reported Blackwall had reached a €1 billion valuation and ranked fifth in TopTech 2026, the ranking of Estonia’s 30 most valuable tech companies.

Blackwall says its platform covers bot mitigation, DDoS protection, a web application firewall, load balancing, server-side encryption and management of agentic AI traffic, which it says is rapidly taking over the internet.

It says it is deployed inside web hosting providers’ own infrastructure, identifying real visitors and legitimate automated traffic and separating them from malicious bots, attacks and traffic abuse, filtering billions of requests a day. It partners with web hosting, managed service and cloud providers.

Blackwall says it sits inside the provider’s infrastructure, unlike hyperscale and content-delivery platforms that compete with providers for their customers.

CEO Nikita Rozenberg said: “The web is becoming more automated, more distributed and more complex, but the infrastructure that powers it remains highly fragmented.” Blackwall aims to build a global traffic management ecosystem around its hosting-provider network, and will use the money to establish and expand operations across 12 strategic regions in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
