A critical vulnerability chain dubbed wp2shell allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code on stock WordPress installations. The exploit combines a REST API batch-route confusion (CVE-2026-63030) with a SQL injection flaw in the core author query parameter (CVE-2026-60137).
