It’s alleged that CVS violated state and federal law by disclosing ‘data of users of the CVS Digital Properties, including but not limited to users of and the CVS digital application, to Criteo or other technology providers or third parties through technology embedded on any of the CVS Digital Properties’. CVS has denied any wrong doing but agreed to a $20,500,000 settlement.
