This breach allowed unauthorized access and execution, resulting in the theft of 114.09 Ether (ETH) from two Safe multisignature addresses. The attacker also repaid roughly 1,300 wrapped Ether (WETH) in debt to unlock collateral. The incident highlights vulnerabilities in Aave V3's looping operations, but no recovery or follow-up actions have been reported yet.
