We contained the incident, revoked the credentials, and notified all identified affected customers directly. Our investigation is ongoing. We are working with a cybersecurity firm actively. At this time, we have not detected impact or access to customer data or inference traffic. We take this seriously and will be transparent what happened and what we find.
