Tower Administrative Services Data Breach Exposes SSNs and Financial Information

Tower Administrative Services Inc , a Pennsylvania-based insurance administration company headquartered in Lancaster, disclosed a data breach involving unauthorized access to its corporate network.

Tower Administrative Services identified suspicious activity within its corporate network and initiated an investigation.

The investigation found that certain information stored within the company's systems was subject to unauthorized access or acquisition on or around Feb. 3, 2026. After making this discovery, the company worked to identify the data that may have been at risk and to determine which individuals may have been affected. The review process was completed on or around May 20, 2026.

The types of personal information that may have been exposed included names, Social Security numbers, addresses and financial account information.

Tower Administrative Services disclosed the incident to the Nebraska Attorney General , as well as posted a notice on its website with details the incident.

The company began notifying affected individuals on June 23, 2026. The total number of individuals affected was not publicly disclosed.
