The breach, attributed to the Clop ransomware group, occurred after attackers exploited a vulnerability in Oracle's E-Business Suite, gaining unauthorized access to sensitive personal and financial information. The incident was disclosed in December 2025, although the unauthorized access occurred in August 2025.
