Data Breach at CodeRED Affects User Information

CodeRED, an emergency notification platform, has experienced a data breach affecting user data, including names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and passwords. The breach impacts users of the CodeRED system, with uncertainty about whether all users or only system administrators are affected. In response, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has transitioned to a new system called Regroup due to a previously identified security vulnerability in CodeRED.
