The acquisition will strengthen Nexus IT's presence in the Salt Lake City market and extend its services into industrial environments where cybersecurity and uptime are critical. TecServ's established reputation and client relationships will be integrated into Nexus IT's national platform, allowing for improved service delivery. The deal is part of Nexus IT's growth strategy to become one of the top ten managed service providers (MSPs) and managed security service providers (MSSPs) in the U.S. The acquisition is backed by a $60 million growth facility from Metropolitan Partners Group.
