This initiative responds to a significant rise in cyber incidents, with SMEs accounting for two-thirds of the 44.5% increase in cyber-extortion victims globally in 2025. The service offers 24/7 protection through AI-driven threat detection and expert monitoring, addressing the challenge of affordable cybersecurity expertise for smaller businesses. In Belgium, around 100 ransomware attacks occur annually, with small businesses experiencing a 53% increase in attacks over the past year. Cyber Protection combines behavioral analysis and real-time monitoring to detect both known and unknown threats, allowing for proactive threat management.
