Osavul, a hybrid risk intelligence company, has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by 33N Ventures. The Luxembourg-based startup focuses on detecting hostile intent across cyber and physical domains, utilizing AI to analyze over 1 billion data points monthly. Osavul's platform is designed to assist government, defense, and security institutions, and it has been operational in more than 10 countries, including NATO. The funding will be used to enhance its AI capabilities and expand its services to critical infrastructure and enterprises. The company was founded in response to the increased threat of hybrid warfare, particularly following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, which has seen over 150 state-linked incidents across Europe since 2022. The CEO emphasized that hybrid attacks now pose risks not only to governments but also to private sector companies in critical industries.
