Ardit Kutleshi, a 28-year-old from Kosovo, pleaded guilty to operating the Rydox cybercrime marketplace, which sold stolen personal information and fraud tools. Active since February 2016, Rydox facilitated over 7,600 sales, affecting thousands of U.S. victims and generating approximately $230,000 in revenue. The marketplace offered over 321,000 products to 18,000 users, including sensitive data like social security numbers and hacking tools. Kutleshi faces a minimum of two years and up to 20 years in prison for aggravated identity theft and money laundering conspiracy, with sentencing set for February 9, 2027. His brother, Jetmir Kutleshi, also involved in the operation, was sentenced in December 2025. The FBI and international partners seized the Rydox domain and servers in a coordinated effort, highlighting the global nature of the investigation.
