A new malware campaign on TikTok is deceiving users into executing PowerShell commands that download Aura Stealer, which is designed to steal credentials and authentication information. The scam presents itself as free activation guides for software such as Windows, Microsoft 365, Photoshop, and streaming services like Netflix and Spotify Premium. Security expert Xavier Mertens noted that similar schemes were observed earlier this year.
