Microsoft has introduced a new secure processing mode for batch files in Windows 11 Insider Preview builds. IT administrators can enable this feature using the LockBatchFilesWhenInUse registry value, which prevents batch files from being modified during execution. This enhancement is available in the Dev and Beta Channel builds of Windows 11.
