Bilfinger has secured a significant multi-million-euro order for EDF’s Hinkley Point C project in Somerset, United Kingdom. Running until 2030, the contract strengthens Bilfinger Nuclear’s role as a strategic Tier 1 supplier to the nuclear industry.

The scope covers detailed engineering, procurement, piping prefabrication and installation for critical reactor systems. Around 300 specialists are currently delivering the work on site. At peak times, up to 800 Bilfinger specialists will support the project, alongside a further 100 employees at Bilfinger’s West Carr prefabrication facility.
