Cloudflare's area vice president, Pat Breen, noted a substantial gap in AI security, citing concerns around data input into AI models, token cost control, and the general lack of understanding among employees. He highlighted the opportunity for partners to consolidate security and networking, simplifying offerings for small to medium-sized enterprises. Cloudflare launched its One Design Partner Designation to support partners with deep technical expertise in areas like zero trust and the Cloudflare One SASE platform.

The vendor is also focusing on its Developer Platform, aiming to build an "agentic internet." Breen pointed out the surge in network traffic in Australia, with Cloudflare blocking approximately 1.7 billion attacks daily. He stressed that advancements in AI models pose a growing threat, creating a "tremendous opportunity" for security uplift across the industry, with partners playing a central role. Cloudflare is adapting its go-to-market strategy to focus on specific sectors and reinforce partner engagements for mutual business growth.
