CUSI’s teams are working to stabilize the service. During the outage, customers cannot access the online portal to view their accounts, make payments, or create new logins. We hope the issue is resolved soon.

The drive-through drop box at our office remains available for payment drop-offs.

Culleoka Water Supply values our customers and apologizes for any inconvenience. Although this CUSI outage is beyond our control, we remain in with the provider and will update our systems once the issue is resolved.
