CVE-2026-113802 - Exploits & Severity

Feedly • October 20, 2026

Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') (CWE-78)

Wavlink WL-WN530BE1-A firmware through M30BE1_V251117 contains an OS command injection vulnerability in the sub_23B54 function of the ioos binary. The unsanitized file_id parameter from /protocol.csp?opt=ovpn_file requests with type=del is passed directly to popen(), allowing command execution. Authentication can be bypassed by spoofing an IP-FROM: 127.0.0.1 header.

An unauthenticated remote attacker can send a crafted request with a forged IP-FROM: 127.0.0.1 header to bypass login and execute arbitrary OS commands as the root user.

There is no evidence that a public proof-of-concept exists. There is no evidence of proof of exploitation at the moment.

Update Wavlink WL-WN530BE1-A firmware to a version beyond M30BE1_V251117. Restrict network access to the device's management interface. Implement network-level controls to prevent spoofing of 127.0.0.1 source IP addresses or IP-FROM headers. Monitor for suspicious requests to /protocol.csp endpoints.
