An attacker with administrative access to an affected Hyper-V host could exploit this vulnerability by supplying specially crafted virtual TPM state data to a virtual machine. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to cross a security boundary and gain elevated privileges.

What privileges could be gained by an attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability?

An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could gain Virtual Trust Level 1 (VTL1) privileges.
