The defendants have agreed to pay attorneys’ fees and expenses, settlement administration costs, service awards for the class representatives, and benefits for the class members. The class consists of Boone Health patients who reside in Missouri and logged into the patient portal between April 1, 2021, and December 5, 2022. A claim may be submitted for a cash payment of $20.00, and class members will be automatically enrolled in a 12-month membership to the CyEx Privacy Shield Pro product.
