Further to the parliamentary question I submitted to the government regarding the Dahr al-Baidar explosives case, I call upon His Excellency the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister to convene an urgent extraordinary Cabinet session dedicated to the security situation, in the presence of the relevant security chiefs, to adopt decisive executive measures to secure the borders, prevent the transportation of explosives and weapons outside state authority, pursue those involved, identify those responsible, and ensure accountability in accordance with the law. The gravity of these developments demands a shift from investigations and statements to concrete security decisions and measures.
