Back Mezha Hackers breached Alabuga drone site and claim tampered drones will explode

Hackers say they accessed employee records and planted sabotage in recent drone batches. Official confirmation is still missing.

On June 27, a breach notice appeared on the website of the «Alabuga» Special Economic Zone, located in Tatarstan, Russian Federation. An archived copy of the resource, which The Insider drew attention to, confirmed that the clandestine group “Black Spark” allegedly infiltrated the drone production facility. The hack of the «Alabuga» site was described as a response to the involvement of 15-year-old children in assembling deadly drones. Independent confirmation of these claims is not possible.
