Kim Jong Un's Health Rumors Spark Tensions in North Korea North Korea released 'proof of life' photos of Kim Jong Un amid rumors of his death from a brain hemorrhage. The images, showing Kim inspecting a clothing exhibition, were published after claims circulated on social media that he had fallen into a coma and died. These rumors originated from Wanjun Xie, a Chinese dissident, who alleged that Kim had been treated in Beijing before his body was returned to North Korea. Kim's sister, Kim Yo Jong, warned of a 'grave situation' at the South Korean border, citing military tensions. The authenticity of the photos has not been independently verified, and the situation remains fluid as speculation continues about Kim's health and potential succession issues. The North Korean regime has not officially confirmed any of the death rumors, but the release of these images appears aimed at quelling public concern. 9 sources 43
