The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has arrested 34 individuals, including 15 foreign nationals, in Karachi for their involvement in a cyber fraud scheme that has defrauded victims of $60 million. The operation led to the recovery of over 10,000 foreign SIM cards and the dismantling of six illegal gateway exchange setups.
