The settlement, which received preliminary court approval on April 22, 2026, offers affected individuals the option to claim up to $5,000 for documented losses related to identity theft or fraud. Additionally, all class members can receive two years of credit monitoring services. Claims must be submitted by August 7, 2026, with final approval of the settlement expected on August 14, 2026.
