An AI-based platform, the Phishing Sharing and Analysis Platform (ASAP), has successfully prevented approximately 19 billion won ($13 million) in financial losses due to voice phishing scams in the last three months. Launched in late October 2025 by the Financial Services Commission (FSC), the platform has facilitated the sharing of 148,000 cases of voice phishing-related information among financial institutions.
