On June 14, 2026, the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) awarded the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) the Excellence Award during the 'From Adoption to Impact' event. This recognition was for Ashghal's significant contributions to enhancing national cybersecurity capabilities and expertise. The award was presented to Rashid Saeed Al Hajri, the Manager of the Human Resources Department at Ashghal. The Authority achieved over 1,000 training participations in specialized cybersecurity programs, leading to improved cybersecurity awareness among employees.
