ASUS has issued urgent firmware updates for its routers to address three vulnerabilities, with CVSS scores ranging from 7.7 to 8.7. The vulnerabilities, including CVE-2026-75775, CVE-2026-75779, and CVE-2026-93489, could allow attackers on adjacent networks to gain administrative access or cause denial of service. The first update was released on October 20, 2026, for the 3.0.0.4_386 and 3.0.0.4_388 series, followed by a second update on October 23 for the 3.0.0.6_102 series. ASUS recommends that users update their firmware immediately, as the flaws could be exploited without authentication under specific conditions. Users unable to update are advised to implement temporary security measures, such as changing passwords and disabling remote access. The vulnerabilities affect various ASUS router models, some of which are no longer supported.
