Barracuda and CyberCert Partner for SMB Cybersecurity Compliance in A/NZ

Barracuda Networks has partnered with CyberCert to simplify cybersecurity compliance certification for small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) in Australia and New Zealand. This collaboration aims to provide an affordable pathway to SMB1001 compliance, an international cybersecurity certification standard. Managed Service Providers (MSPs) using the BarracudaONE platform can now offer certified product packages that cover essential security capabilities, including email security, data protection, and network access protection. The initiative addresses the increasing threat landscape where SMBs are prime targets for cybercriminals. Barracuda's Country Manager, Dan McLean, emphasized the need for effective protection against automated cyberattacks. CyberCert's CEO, Ryan Ettridge, highlighted the goal of making compliance easier for SMBs in a rapidly evolving threat environment.
