On March 25, 2026, Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. announced a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with Juno Industries to co-develop the Polar Nexus platform, an Arctic-ready version of their existing Nexus system. The JV aims to enhance the platform for deployment in extreme Arctic conditions, targeting both defense and commercial sectors across North America. CiTech will provide a Nexus platform unit and engineering support, while Juno will contribute $450,000. The Polar Nexus is designed for communications, monitoring, and operations in remote environments, addressing the growing demand for Arctic defense and surveillance infrastructure.
