Dev Trading Limited, operating as Super Clearance in Paeroa, was fined NZD 159,250 for exploiting two migrant workers. The company was found guilty of providing false information to Immigration New Zealand and forcing the workers to endure extreme working conditions without lawful entitlements. Following the sentencing, Dev Trading was sold and is now under new management.
