DHS to Replace Critical Infrastructure Security Council with New Framework

The Department of Homeland Security is finalizing a new framework to replace the disbanded Critical Infrastructure Partnership Advisory Council (CIPAC). This new initiative, known as the Alliance of National Councils for Homeland Operational Resilience (ANCHOR), aims to enhance communication between industry and government regarding threats to U.S. critical infrastructure, particularly from cyber attacks.
