On November 12, 2025, Doctor Alliance was reported to have been hacked by a threat actor who listed stolen data for sale on a clearnet forum. The actor, known as 'Kazu', claimed to possess 353 GB of data and demanded a ransom of $200,000, threatening to sell the data if not paid by November 21, 2025.
