On November 12, 2025, DataBreaches reported that Doctor Alliance was hacked again by the same threat actor. The hacker, known as 'Kazu', claimed to have 353 GB of data and set a deadline of November 21 for a $200,000 ransom payment, threatening to sell the data if not paid.
