EFF Sues Federal Agencies Over ICE Tracking App Removals

The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security to obtain records of communications regarding the removal of apps and websites that tracked Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activities. The lawsuit aims to investigate whether the government used illegal or unconstitutional methods to compel tech companies to eliminate these tracking tools.
