Three men have been convicted for defrauding elderly and vulnerable homeowners by mis-selling solar energy products over nearly a decade. The investigation, known as Operation Clementine, was conducted by Kent County Council Trading Standards and involved multiple regional teams. The fraudulent activities were carried out through the companies Clear Renewables Ltd and Efficient Homes SE Ltd.
