The 10th Huawei ICT Competition APAC Finals took place on May 14, 2026, at the ASEAN Headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia. Over 8,600 students from 14 countries participated, with more than 160 advancing to the finals. The event featured two main competitions: the Practice Competition and the Innovation Competition. Winners included the National University of Singapore, which received the Grand Prize in the Innovation Competition, and teams from Vietnam and the Philippines, which excelled in the Practice Competition. A total of 16 teams will represent the APAC region at the global finals in Shenzhen this June. The event was co-hosted by the ASEAN Foundation and emphasized the importance of nurturing digital talent in the region.
