Allegations circulated on social media suggested unauthorized access to sensitive examination data. ICAI clarified that the portal in question, examiners.icaiexam.icai.org, is solely for examiner training and is not linked to examination records. The institute assured stakeholders that no candidates’ examination records or sensitive information have been compromised. ICAI has urged the public to disregard these false claims and emphasized the robustness of its examination processes. Stringent legal action will be taken against those spreading misinformation. The announcement coincided with the release of final examination results for 87,497 candidates, of which 7,931 qualified as chartered accountants.
