ISPs Throttle Users Connecting via Carrier-Grade NAT, Says Cloudflare

Cloudflare's recent research indicates that internet service providers (ISPs) are more likely to throttle connections from users who access the internet through carrier-grade NAT (CG-NAT). This situation arises from the global scarcity of IPv4 addresses, which has led to the implementation of NAT technologies to allow multiple devices to share a single IP address. As a result, many users worldwide may experience slower internet speeds or blocked connections.
