The Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) has identified a phishing syndicate from 2024 as the largest ever dismantled in Taiwan, resulting in significant financial losses and the indictment of 24 individuals. The final indictments were issued in December 2025, with 19 suspects indicted at that time, including two previously charged alongside five others in late 2024.
