Launch of Pakistan's District Vulnerability Index

The District Vulnerability Index for Pakistan was launched by the Population Council in collaboration with the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office. This index aims to assess and compare vulnerabilities across districts, highlighting disparities in development and basic civic amenities, particularly affecting regions like Balochistan and K-P. The Finance Minister emphasized the importance of addressing rapid population growth and climate vulnerability for the country's economic future.
