Microsoft Deprecates SCOM Management Packs for SQL Server Products

Microsoft announced the deprecation of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Management Packs for SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI Report Server, and SQL Server Analysis Services. This change affects a small subset of SQL Server users and may compel some organizations to adopt monitoring solutions that could expose them to Microsoft's licensing audits. The affected management packs will remain available until January.
