Norway Allocates €40M to Strengthen Ukraine's Energy Resilience Ahead of Winter

Norway has signed an agreement with the EU to provide Ukraine with NOK 425 million (approximately €40 million) aimed at enhancing its energy system's resilience before winter. This funding focuses on decentralized energy production, renewable energy, battery storage, and flexible local energy systems. The support will be channeled through the EU Investment Framework for Ukraine, which aims to mobilize additional financing from banks and other financial institutions.
