The threats originated from a Messenger account belonging to Robert 'Tonton' Celestial, a councilor from Lebak, Sultan Kudarat, who allegedly threatened to physically assault Ridon. Ridon plans to formally request the CICC to determine if the threats violate the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
