Quantum Blockchain Technologies (AIM: QBT) has called a bondholders' meeting to approve proposals for extending the maturity of its Zero-Coupon Bonds from December 15, 2026, to December 15, 2028, lowering the conversion price from £0.03 to £0.02, and removing redemption rights upon delisting. Eufingest SA, holding 62.5% of the bonds, intends to vote in favor. The total face value of the bonds is €5.5 million. Concurrently, QBT's US patent application for ASIC Ultra Boost has received a 'Final Rejection' from the USPTO due to a newly cited document, although the company is working on a response. This rejection does not guarantee the application will be ultimately refused. Additionally, QBT announced progress on a separate European patent application, which was published on March 18, 2026.
