Research Shows Android Users Face Fewer Scam Texts Than iPhone Users

A global survey commissioned by Google indicates that Android users are 58 percent less likely to receive scam texts compared to iPhone users. The survey, conducted in partnership with YouGov, involved 5,000 smartphone users and was released during Cybersecurity Awareness Month. The findings challenge the perception that Apple's closed ecosystem offers superior security compared to the open Android platform.
